As an employer, we fully understand our responsibilities which include maintaining a safe workplace and a current workers compensation insurance policy to protect our staff and Terry Lamb Group from any financial hardship in the event of a workplace injury God forbids.

Staff Protection

All of Terry Lamb Group staff are fully covered via current and adequate workers compensation policy.

Staff Responsibilities

Our safety guidelines and programs for maximised safe environment clearly state the responsibilities required by our staff in a format that is easy to follow. All employees and staff prior to starting work are made aware of basic and site-specific Occupational Health and Safety issues via induction and/or refresher courses as required.

Injury Management

At TLG our understanding and maintaining of an injury management plan is based on the following aspects;

  Offer suitable employment when necessary and if available

  Resolve any disputes with injured workers about returning to work

  Keep our injured workers working until faster and complete recovery

  Maintain occupational rehabilitation program for injuries management

  Maintain risk management programs for injuries tracking and progress
